My name is Isaac Hyman, I am a 26 year old Blues superfan from Bowling Green, KY. Despite living in Kentucky, most of my family is from St. Louis and I have been raised to be a huge fan of all St. Louis sports teams.

I started analyzing hockey in the start of the 2023-2024 season when I became the Blues ranker for r/hockey's weekly power rankings. I have really enjoyed doing this and would love to share more detailed Blues game evaluations on this site.

I'm mostly using this as a place to compile all of my thoughts on the Blues over the course of the season, I am not a professional writer and I don't expect anyone to put much value in my posts. I'm just a fan with opinions that I like to share.

As of right now, I plan to post a game recap for every game the Blues play, along with my weekly power rankings for all teams in the league, and my "Heroes & Zeros". This is something I will update this page for each game with the player(s) I thought played well and the player(s) who I thought had a poor performance.  I will also provide justification for these picks, and explain why I put them where I did.

I also plan to do "3 Stars of the Month" by picking what three players I feel deserve praise for their play each month. I'll be using a combination of statistics and the eye test to rank these players and will give a write up for each one with an explanation.

Currently that is all I have planned, however I am always looking for more fun ways to spark discussion or thought about the Blues so things may be added in the future - stay tuned!
